Double the time paid for. At car Parks with Pay & Display Ticket Machines ,permit holders must purchase a ticket and display it on the dashboard-the ticket will remain valid for double the time purchased. Grace time period - double the time displayed on sign.

The Shire is currently working on the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan and ACROD parking has been identified as a need in the Shire. This will be incorporated into the plan and provision made to identify and set up the parking bays in accordance with the recommended guidelines.

Plantagenet, Shire of
The Shire of Plantagenet has completed a redevelopment of the Mount Barker townsite, improving access throughout the town to people with limited mobility. 
Easy Access and ACROD parking bays have been installed in the centre of the town site and at the Mount Barker Co-operative, footpath access points have been ramped and main street crossings are raised to ensure easy access and egress from the side of the road.
The Shire has constructed a new toilet block adjacent to the Administration Centre which is easily accessible for people with limited mobility and includes disabled toilet facilities.

Serpentine-Jarrahdale, Shire of

At this time, the Shire has Parking Facilities Local Laws, however the shire has not substantially developed at this time in relation to facilities and infrastructure that would require parking related agreements with landowners. The local Law is on council website.

Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital
No concessions are extended to permit holders who park within the boom-gated carpark off Hospital Ave, closest to the main entrance of Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.  There is however a number of ACROD Parking bays located around the Hospital site providing free parking for permit holders. For example, 7 free ACROD parking bays are located near Carpark 5 off Gairdner Dr.

Stirling, City of
Grace time period: Double the amount of time stated on signage – i.e. 2 hours = 4 hours, 4 hours = 8 hours.
A vehicle may only be parked in a disabled parking bay if an Australian Disability Parking Permit bearing a current date is displayed.
*Photo evidence cannot be used to issue an infringement notice, the Rangers have to view the vehicle themselves
*Yes, it does require an agreement between the LGA and the shopping centre to monitor the bays, CoS has this in place with some, but not all shopping centres.

Vincent, Town of
The Town’s Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law provide a grace time period. A driver may park a vehicle in a permissive parking stall or station (except in a parking area for people with disabilities) for twice the length of time allowed, provided that the drivers vehicle displays an ACROD sticker; and a person with disabilities to which that ACROD sticker relates is either the driver of or a passenger in the vehicle.
