Types of Permits Available
Blue-grey
Renewable individual permits are issued for people with permanent mobility impairment.
Green
Organisation permits are allocated to services supporting people with disabilities, the aged care sector, community groups and other related services.
Red
Temporary permits are issued for people with temporary mobility impairment, and are valid for between 3 to 23 months.
To discourage photocopying of permits, a foil image of the International Access Symbol is now on all permits. This will add a new security feature previously not used in WA. To identify a photocopied permit the foil image will turn black.
